We are a small community that boasts of 21 mobile homes with 2 floor plans to choose from.  All mobile homes are 16x80 and offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Nestled between Colyell Baptist Church and Frost School on Highway 42 and only minutes away from Interstate 12.  Living at the Myrtle Estates means great shopping is just minutes away in Denham Springs, Walker, Hammond and Gonzales which are all within a 15 mile radius of our community.
